Other Bengali Songs

 

Besides Rabindra Sangeet, Ahmad also sings Nazrul, Polli and Lalon Geeti along with older songs originally sung by legends like SD Burman, Hemanta Mukherjee and Bhupen Hazarika. He also writes and gives music to Bengali songs himself. In 1998 he traveled to Calcutta to make a recording of his Bengali songs. The album "Akaasher Khola Hawaai" has yet to be released.
